Less Than 36 Hours to go in 2007 Ottawa Hospital Lottery
Early Bird Winner Also Announced Today
(OTTAWA, ONTARIO) – There are less than 36
hours left to buy an Ottawa Hospital Lottery ticket and a chance
to win a choice of three amazing grand prize packages worth more
than $1 million each or take the cash. The final deadline
to buy a ticket is midnight on Thursday, April 12.
Also: the winner of this year’s Early Bird Draw was announced
earlier today. It is Clint O’Connor (ticket number
000242) of Cardinal, Ontario. Mr. O’Connor will also
be eligible for the final draw and a chance to win a choice of three
grand prize packages worth more than $1 million:
- Option #1: The Montmartre, a fully furnished
European-styled town home in Ottawa’s trendy Byward Market,
a 2007 Mercedes SL550 convertible, a seven-day European canal
cruise and $300,000 cash.
- Option #2: A 3,200 square-foot eQuinelle country
home on a championship golf course near Kemptville, a 2007 Eddie
Bauer Edition Ford Explorer, a South African safari and $350,000
cash.
- Option #3: A 2007 luxury Winnebago, a 2007
Dodge pick-up truck, a fully loaded 30-foot Airstream trailer,
two Vespa scooters and $500,000 cash.
Or the winner can choose to take $800,000 cash!
Proceeds from the Lottery will go to cancer care
at The Ottawa Hospital including new cancer operating rooms and
the Cancer Assessment Clinic with lung, colorectal, prostate and
breast cancer diagnostic units. That means that every dollar spent
on a ticket stays right here in our community.
The 2007 Ottawa Hospital Lottery features more than 5,100 prizes
worth over $2.3 million. The odds to win are now better
than ever!

Each ticket costs $100 or 3 for $250. Only 43,700 will be sold.
